Initial Enquiry & Response
After your initial enquiry, you will be welcomed to Core Culinary Dining! Stephanie will personally review your request and will liaise with you to create a custom-designed menu tailored just for you.
You'll receive a link to your own CLIENT PORTAL where you can view your request, quotes, menus and contracts in one easy place, a detailed quote that reflects your unique dining experience will be available to view and accept here.
Stephanie will assist with bringing your culinary vision to life!
TIMELINE: MENU SELCTION & QUOTE 2 DAYS
Custom Menu Design
Once your menu items, guests numbers and dates have been confirmed, Stephanie will work closely with you to craft a custom menu tailored to your preferences.
She will also be happy to recommend dishes that will make your special evening unforgettable. Enjoy the personalized experience as we bring your culinary vision to life!

TIMELINE: YOUR EVENT IS CONFIRMED! 1 DAY
Approval & Confirmation
Next your event will be approved and confirmed and a 50% deposit will be required to secure your event and then full payment to be made 7 days prior to the event.

Pre-Event Consultation Call
Now your event is secured and approaching, Stephanie will send you a link to book a Pre-Event Consultation Call where you will discuss further details and any queries you may have.

Any changes can be discussed at this time and amended if required.

Major Event Day
Finally!! Its time, your event date is here!

The event is now fully underway and Stephanie is organising and provisioning your event. Stephanie will arrive at the venue and will showcase your menu over the designated service time.​
​
Tableware, Cutlery, Plateware, and all cooking equipment will be provided by Stephanie and then cleaned and taken away.
