Stephanie is a Sunshine Coast based chef that has refined her skills over the years working with various hatted chefs and restaurants.

For the past 4 years she has been in the superyacht industry displaying her cuisine and style on various well regarded vessels, allowing her to showcase and create dishes from the finest products in multiple locations including Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, New Caledonia & French Polynesia.
