CORE CULINARY DINING is led by Chef Stephanie Cormack, a seasoned Sunshine Coast based professional with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.​

Stephanie has worked and collaborated with some of Australia's best chefs and hatted restaurants including Jason Saxby (Raes on Wategos, Quay, The Ledbury), Mark LeBroy (Three Blue Ducks), Nelly Robinson (NEL), Luca Ciano (Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia), Zeb Gilbert (Wasabi/Makepeace Island), Stuart Bell (Harry's on Buderim/Ten Minutes by Tractor), Mitch Smith (Tony Kelly Group) & Gabriele Taddeucci (Capella, Star, Merivale) to name a few, as well as local Sunshine Coast Restaurants.
Having a keen desire to travel, Stephanie then embarked on her private chef career on super yachts around Australia and the South Pacific. For the past 5 years she has had the opportunity to work with well regarded superyacht vessels, private islands and private residences.
